Indus Neva Rolling Springhead

The Indus Neva Rolling Springhead is recommended when companies use big bags that are relatively small, with bottom dimensions ranging from 85x85-90x90cm (WxD).
The Rolling Springhead, as the name tells, is an advanced version of the springhead. Therefore, the same functionality is found in this version. Important note: the poles of the Rolling Springhead must face inward, while the ‘normal’ Springhead poles face outward.

The design enables the lifting loops to go over the pulley, attached around the hooks on the inside of the 4 poles. When filling an empty big bag, this hook will create tension on the lifting loops (starting low, and ending up at the top), while the big bag is lowered on the bottom deck (pulling on the springs).

  • Advantages: compared to the lockhead version, as explained above, the spring will be able to lift the last 100-200kg (depending on the material) from the big bag when emptying. Due to the poles facing inward, the lifting functionality works even better then the ‘normal’ springhead version.
  • Disadvantages: taking out a full big bag, when there is tension on the spring, is very difficult.
